NTFN collects and uses your personal and nonpersonal identification information for the following purposes:
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site. Our Site is in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for you when using our Site.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100 percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We do not sell email lists or customer lists to third parties. We share generic aggregated demographic nonpersonal information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers, for the purposes outlined above. (We do not link aggregated demographic nonpersonal information with personal identification information.)
We share your personal identification information with carefully selected third parties that help us provide, maintain, and improve the Site and the services and products we offer, or that provide us with marketing or other business services, and such third parties have access to your personal identification information in order to perform their services. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal identification information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal identification information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
